Typical turn around time is a week to two weeks. If we are out of stock on an item such as the molding or mats and need to order them it may take an extra week or two but we will notify you if that is the case. Our sales people will do our best to check that your chosen materials are in stock, especially if you will need it done by a certain date.

Of course! We can dispose of the broken glass and replace it with any glass of your choice. Our two most popular glasses are Conservation clear and Museum glass, both will offer UV protection which will help protect your piece from fading from light rays, even from indoor light, but the biggest difference is that Museum glass has a non-glare coating giving it a practically invisible appearance.

In many cases we can, but it is dependent on the material of the frame and how broken it is. We highly recommend that you bring in your frame so that we can properly and accurately assess how best it can be fixed.

Unfortunately, that is not service we provide as we do not have a vehicle to do so, but we can provide you with the finished measurements of your piece to help you prepare for when you pick up.
